Heineman tallied an assist in the loss and logged 9:37 TOI. Holmstrom recorded one shot on goal in 12:53 TOI.
Heineman finished his second career trip to the Worlds with three assists in eight games. Holmstrom completed his first tournament with five points (1G, 4A) through eight games.

Nelson played 5:47 TOI on Thursday. The Isles' 2023 second-rounder (49th overall) finished the tournament with one assist through seven games of his first career Worlds appearance.
Simon Holmstrom, Emil Heineman and Team Sweden got the job done on Tuesday with a 4-2 win over Slovakia, clinching their spot in the quarterfinals.
Holmstrom skated 14:30 TOI while Hieneman logged 12:05 TOI and a plus-one rating. Sweden will face off in the quarterfinals on Thursday and their opponent is yet to be determined.
